This paper investigates the relationship between Foreign Direct Investment and Grass National Production Growth in Major Petroleum Exporters Countries (MPEC) . This paper uses annual aggregate data for 20 countries of MPEC for the period 2005-2009 and to determine the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and openness (Exports plus Imports) on economic growth. The Major Petroleum Exporters countries are classified based on 3 geographical groups of region (Africa, Asia, America). We have used panel regression analysis and empirical result support that FDI and openness have a positive and significantly impact on growth in to the MPEC. In addition study finds FDI caused growth in these countries. These suggest that FDI has direct effect on economic growth in MPEC.

As the source of information (News paper, books, and magazines), internet growing and updating daily at vary fast rate so every day more and more information/knowledge is available on-line/off line. Greater the amount of knowledge increased the demand of tools for organizing, processing and extracting the knowledge for proper usage. To organize the knowledge (Declarative & Procedural) and to infer the knowledge intelligently is the big task in Knowledge Engineering (KE) and in sub areas of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Information Retrieval (IR). \nThe key factor for the development of this society/nation is the interactive access to information in current era. The source of information available in today life are benefited the people those are familiar with English language but what about the generation those are not familiar with English not in India outside the India also. Even people are facing the problem of ambiguity of English language. One solution to this problem is graphical visualization, easy and fast access to the information available through any source. This paper is used to present the system that provide the user friendly interface for all the users (very good English, good English, not good in English) for knowledge gathering, discovery and retrieval.

The main purpose of this paper is to study and investigate some results concerning of generalized Gamma-derivation F on a Gamma-near ring M to be commutative. And we study 2-commuting on Gamma-derivation D on M.

This article analyze the chemically reacting free convection MHD micropolar flow, heat and mass transfer past an infinite vertical plate with heat annihilation and viscous dissipation. The non-linear coupled partial differential equations are solved by using multi parameter perturbation technique. The results for transverse velocity, angular velocity and temperature are obtained and effects of various parameters on these functions are presented graphically. The numerical discussion with physical interpretations of various parameters also presented.

Artificial Neural Network Technology has been developing for several decades but has only found solid applications in the last decade. The main objectives of this study is to examined the applications of artificial neural network technology in project risk analysis and to develop intelligent computer models to predict project cost and time variations in higher learning institution . The application of this technology will also help decision makers improve the effectiveness of the decision making processes. The study indicated that artificial neural networks have the capability to capture general patterns by learning from samples of similar previous projects. Artificial neural networks with step wise regression provide more accurate estimations than stand alone neural networks. The study also examined learning or training issues along generalization and cross validation at the end.

The north-western part of Bangladesh, generally known as Rangpur Region is at higher risk from droughts. This region faces unpredictable drought hazards due to uneven and inadequate rainfall that causes immense sufferings to people in various ways. It is increasingly said that this region would be a desert in future. The present research, therefore, examined the frequency of Meteorological droughts of Rangpur region using the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) – one of the highly effective tools in drought diagnosis. The long-term rainfall data of two meteorological observatories named Rangpur and Dinajpur, covering the period of 1948-2011 were analyzed in this regard. Based on different SPI month intervals, the findings showed the temporal perspectives of meteorological droughts that clearly indicate the increasing vulnerability of this region to drought.
