This study is designed to specify an appropriate model based on blending approach for learning environment, and evaluating the effect of this model on the rate of teaching and learning in students. Therefore, the first and most important question of this study is to know what is the appropriate model based on blending approach regarding educational designing and learning environments. The second question is the impact of this model on the rate of teaching and learning among students. The research methodology of this study is analytical and descriptive and information is gathered using library and field methods data collection. The population is students of AllamehTabatabaee University that using Kokran Formula 376 individuals were selected and tested as research sample accidentally. In designing this questionnaire the five item Likert spectrum was used and its reliability was approved by consultant professors. Stability of the designed questionnaire was 0.744. The result of this study shows that manipulation is an important environment based on blending method for education in university causes increasing of outcome of teaching and learning among students

The (Fe0.9Co0.1)76.9Cu0.6Nb2.5Si11B9 ribbons used for the research were of different width, 4.4 mm wide and 8.0 mm wide respectively. The initial permeability of the two kinds of samples and the relationship between the MI values and the initial permeability were discussed. In as-quenched state and annealed at low temperatures (lower than 773 K), the 4.4 mm wide ribbons show larger MI values than the 8.0 mm wide ribbons. After annealed at high temperatures (higher than 800 K), the MI values of the 8.0 mm wide ribbons are higher than those of 4.4 mm wide ribbons due to the improved soft magnetic properties. The changes of MI ratio were analyzed in terms of magnetic softness and the theory of demagnetizing fields.

Electric vehicle provides bidirectional electric flow between the electric’s battery and electric power grid. The electric vehicle discharge power to the grid during peak shaving and charge the battery during valley filling. The proposed paper represent the unit commitment with electric vehicle to grid by Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm(SFLA) in order to meet the power demand in peak period and maintain adequate spinning reserve. The objective for optimization of electric vehicle unit commitment using SFLA is to minimize the operational cost.

The recent of studied were illustrated that there is a relationship between Social capital and OCB in organization. According to be importance of social capital in every organization, this study tends to probe of relationship between social capital and OCB by survey perspective in East Azerbaijan corporative organization in Iran. The sample size of the present study is 196 that selected from East Azerbaijan corporative organization. Social capital questionnaire was designed by Nahapiet and Ghoshal and questionnaires of OCB that has developed by DiPaola, The results illustrated that there is positive significant correlation between the mean scores of social capital and OCB on 95 percent confidence level (p<0.05), and increases or decrease in social capital have direct effect on OCB.

Interaction of the electromagnetic field with helical structures is studied theoretically in plasma of DNA-like molecules. A model that describes the mechanism of radiation of electromagnetic waves by an arbitrary section of the right-handed double helix of DNA is proposed. The model is based on the classical theory of dipole radiation to obtain a chiral Ohm’s law. It is shown that the electromagnetic wave radiated by DNA under the conditions of the main resonance is a left-hand circular polarized wave. Pitch angle and packing are studied.
