The present paper investigates numerically the influence of melting heat transfer and thermal radiation on MHD stagnation point flow of an electrically conducting non-Newtonian fluid (Jeffrey fluid) over a stretching sheet with partial surface slip. The governing equations are reduced to non-linear ordinary differential equations by using a similarity transformation and then solved numerically by using Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg method. The effects of pertinent parameters on the flow and heat transfer fields are presented through tables and graphs, and are discussed from the physical point of view. Furthermore, the obtained numerical results for the skin friction and Nusselt number are analyzed and compared with the available results in the literature for special cases.

Concept drift describes to a non stationary learning problem in which statistic properties of target concept changes over time. Learning data from concept drift is difficult.This Concept drift concept is morecomplicated if the dataset is class-imbalanced. A dataset is imbalanced if the categories of classification are not approximately equally represented. In this paper we tend to describe three ensemble-based approaches for learning thought drift from Imbalanced data. First approach is a logical combination of previously introduced Learn++.Concept Drift algorithm for Concept drift, with the well-established SMOTE i.e. Learn++.CDS for learning from imbalanceddata streams. The second approach makes major modification to Learn++.CD integration with SMOTE with a sub-ensemble that produces strategic use of minority categoryinformation by replacing Learn++.CD integrated with REA (recursive ensemble approach) i.e. Learn++.CDRthat improves accuracy to balance classes or categories present in dataset. From evaluation results REA has much better performance as compared to SMOTE. In third approach we tend to introduce technique thatpermitscategorize misclassified instances with new incremental class.

The high cost of cement is a major drawback in concrete usage. This research aimed at determining the strength characteristics of concrete incorporating calcined earthworm cast as partial replacement of cement. The objectives were to obtain the optimum percentage of calcined earthworm cast that can be used to replace cement in a given concrete mix, and to examine the physical / chemical properties of the calcined earthworm cast. Percentage replacement of cement with the earthworm cast was done at 0, 10, 20, 30% respectively and tests were carried out on fresh and hardened concrete. The results showed that while the initial and final setting time of the concrete containing earthworm cast increased with the increase in earthworm cast content, the compressive strength decreased with increase in calcined earthworm cast replacement. It was concluded that a partial replacement of not more than 30% of cement with calcined earthworm cast will suffice.

Fe2O3 particle supported on Functionalized Poly acrylonitrile was prepared. PAN-Oxime- nano Fe2O3 was characterized by XRD, FTIR and TEM. Fluoride removal performance of PAN-Oxime- nano Fe2O3 was tested under Presence of various competing anions usually found in drinking water. Competitive sorption between fluoride and competing anions showed a high preference for bicarbonate counterion. Bicarbonate was the greatest competitor for fluoride removal followed by nitrate. Counterion presence decreased fluoride adsorption capacity in order of HCO3->NO3->SO42->Cl-. In the design of PAN-Oxime- nano Fe2O3 for environmental applications, the strong influence of the counterions must be considered.

Many threshold proxy signature schemes are proposed in which the t out of n threshold schemes are deployed; but they still lack the property of security. In this research paper, secret sharing proxy signature could permit the shares of designated signers, called proxy signers, renew their own proxy shares periodically without changing the secret. In particular, our scheme applies the (t, n) threshold proxy signature scheme and allows any t or more then t signers to form a designated group from n proxy signers to sign messages on behalf of the original signer. In the proposed scheme, furthermore, a proxy signer can recover his/her own share from t other proxy shares without revealing any information about other proxy shares. Unless more than t other proxy signers cooperate and collude, the secret share algorithm is always secure. We compare the performance of four schemes: Hwang et al., Wen et al., Geng et al. and Fengying et al. with the performance of a scheme that has been proposed by the authors of this article earlier. In the proposed scheme, both the combiner and the secret share holder can verify the correctness of the information that they are receiving from each other. Therefore, the enhanced threshold proxy signature scheme is secure and efficient against notorious conspiracy attacks.

Water is the most abudent compound on the earth. More than 70% of earth surface is covered with simple molecule. Scientist estimated that hydrosphere contain about 1.36 billon cubic kilometers of this substance mostly in form of liquid water occupies toporaphic dimension on the earth. The second most common form of water molecule on our planet is ice. Water in addition to main industrial solvents is very essential for human beings. Water obtained from different sources is polluted due to the presence of various impurities are pollutant therefore, it is very important to know above the various type of impurities present in it before it is put to any specific use. The present study is under taken to evaluate the water qualities of different location of kampoo areas, Gwalior. The selected location are (a) Channa kothar (b) Jawahar colony (c) Nehru park (d) Idgah. Ecological paremeters like colour, odour, Electrical conductivity (EC), Dissolve oxygen (DO), PH, Free CO2 Total alkanity, Hardness, Chloride, Biological oxygen demand (BOD) Chemical oxygen demand (COD) were detected according to WHO, BIS and APHA, permissible limit for drinking water. Total alkalinity of Idgah shows the highest values as 185 as compared to other location conductivity of all the water samples within permissible limit conductvity of the water can decide the suitability of water for human consumption and other uses total desoloved solids of Channa kothar shows the highest values as 196 as compair to other sample. Hardness and PH all the water samples are found within the permissible limit acceptable range of alkalinity as per guide lines suggested, beyond this limit taste becomes unplesant chloride content were found as maximum in two location collect the water for some time deposite the white layer of container. It is concluded after evaluting the data of the study concluded that the one water sample Idgah of kampoo detriorated. Water is not completable drinkable. It is suggested that we should treat the water before drinking.

The Fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) is the generalization of the classical Fourier transform (FT). The FRFT was introduced about seven decades ago as literature reveals. It appears that is was remained largely unknown to the signal image processing community to which it may be potentially useful. An attempt is made that Generalization of Spectral Parameters like Maximum Side Lobe level Attenuation(MSLA), Half Band Width(HBW),Side Lobe Fall Of Ratio(SLFOR) of windows like Dirichilet, Bartlett, Hanning, Bohman ect., is proposed with two window functions i.e, by the blending of FrFT based Dirichilet window with FrFT based Blackman-Harris window using Al-aloui operator.

Emergency management services are playing a vital role in disaster and rescue departments which respond in emergency. Disasters are the elementary factors of human losses and injuries and emergency management services provides the rescue operations to rehabilitate and recover human losses. National Disaster Management Authority was established on 17th August, 2007, at Islamabad for the purpose of rescue in emergency. Rescue 1122 is playing a vital role in rescue services in Punjab. Rescue services basically upon employee\'s efficiency. Low wages, extra working hours, fake and irrelevant phone calls are the causes of stress on employees and resultantly employees satisfaction impact on customer\'s satisfaction. This study will investigate the impact of stress on employees and its impact on customer\'s satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The researcher will use explanatory research and describe the phenomena of employees and customer\'s satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The study will use the entire population of Sahiwal Region and by using stratified sampling method. In a sample of 600 people, 300 employees and 300 customers of Rescue 1122 will be used. Researcher will use the survey method and an adopted questionnaire for collection of data. A Software SPSS will be used for data analysis. Findings of this research will be used for Rescue 1122 employee\'s and customer awareness.

Different number systems are available on the basis of their base numbers [1,2,3,4]. For instance, decimal number system is of base 10, hexadecimal number system which base is 16, octal number system which base is 8 [22,23] and, Binary number system which base is 2 [7,8,9] etc. Some numbers systems are easy to understand by the human being and some are easy to understand by electronics machine, for instance digital computers. Computers only can understand data and instructions that are stored in binary form, though we input the data and instruction in decimal number system or in octal number system, or in text, audio, and video or image forms. For the convenient of human being, sometimes the binary number system is represented in equivalent octal number system. So it is crucial for people to learn decimal number system to octal number system conversion and vice versa and as well as the decimal number system to binary number system conversion and vice versa. In this article we represent a new scenario generation algorithm, which presents how to learn or finding a concept and the decimal numbers equivalent of octal numbers for those who have just the idea of decimal number system.

In this paper, we apply the Laplace Decomposition Method (LDM) which is a combination of Laplace transforms and Adomian’s Decomposition Method to solve the system of ordinary differential equation of the first order after converting ordinary differential to a system of differential equation. Some examples are presented to show the ability of the method for linear and non-linear systems of differential equations. Numerical representation shows the efficiency of the proposed method.

In this article, we make attempt to hide error in video with an emphasis on the time-wise use of autoregressive (AR) models. To resolve this problem, we assume that all information in one or more video frames is lost. Then, lost frames are estimated using analogous Pixels time information in successive frames. Accordingly, after presenting autoregressive models and how they are applied to estimate lost frames, two general methods are presented for using these models. The first method which is the same standard method of autoregressive models estimates lost frame in unidirectional form. Usually, in such condition, previous frames information is used for estimating lost frame. Yet, in the second method, information from the previous and next frames is used for estimating the lost frame. As a result, this method is known as bidirectional estimation. Then, carrying out a series of tests, performance of each method is assessed in different modes. And, results are compared.
